1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FixlyAI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Services Provided

FixlyAI provides AI-powered tools for automating lead recovery, missed call follow-ups, and job bookings for home service businesses. You are responsible for setting up your account correctly and forwarding calls as instructed.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and operate a legally recognized business to use FixlyAI. By using the platform, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription & Billing

FixlyAI is a subscription-based service. Plans start at $195/month and may scale based on monthly missed call volume. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are auto-billed monthly unless canceled.

5. Free Trial & Guarantee

We offer a 7-day free demo for qualifying businesses. After your trial, if you do not recover at least 3 jobs within your first 30 days, we will continue working for free until you do -- as part of our performance guarantee.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not issued for unused time unless under our stated performance guarantee terms. Contact team@fixlyai.com with cancellation or refund requests.

7. Data Collection & Usage

We collect call, SMS, and booking data solely to deliver and improve our service. Your data is never sold. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of business details, including forwarding settings and calendar availability. FixlyAI is not liable for lost leads due to misconfiguration.

9. Limitation of Liability

FixlyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of FixlyAI means you accept the revised terms.
